1.Army-Chicksands garrison

Former RAF Chicksands operated as a SIGINT collection site throughout WW2 intercepting German wireless traffic and had been used as a USAF SIGINT station from 1951 until 1995; it was part of the Iron Horse HF direction finding network.and location of a huge FLR-9 HF direction finding antenna from 1962 until 1995 which had been dismantled at sation closure in 1996. The station has been taken over by the Army in 1997.

Currently based:
- Hq Intelligence Corps; directly under Joint Forces Command http://www.army.mod.uk/who-we-are/corps-regiments-and-units/intelligence-corps/
- UK Defence Intelligence and Security Centre (DISC), now renamed Joint Intelligence Training Group (JITG). Tasking: interservice training for UK armed forces personnel; some Civil Service and other personnel. Courses are delivered across the range of Intelligence disciplines.
