4. NAV / NAS / Moffett Field

37°24'42"N 122° 2'29"W Moffett Airfield (ICAO: KNUQ) a.k.a.Moffett Field
Former Naval Air Station and in the 1980's and 90's the Navy's principal Pacific Fleet base for P-3C ASW surveillance operations.
NAS closure in 2003 and until 2010 home of USAF 21st Space Ops Sqn.

Currently it is a a joint civil-military airport owned and operated by NASA Ames Research Center http://www.nasa.gov/researchpark
