Fort Smith Regional Airport annex Ebing Air Natl Guard Base. FSM is mostly used for business and commercial regional flights but also for military aviation for Fort Chaffee and the Arkansas Air National Guards former188th Fighter Wing (flying razorbacks), now reassigned 188th Attack Wing

-188th Medical Group
-188th Security Force Sqn
-123d Intelligence Sqn
-184th Strike Sqn
-288th Ops Suppt Sqn

In 2013, the 188th was selected to convert from A-10C Thunderbolt II fighters to MQ-9 Reaper remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) with intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and strike tasking. This included the world's first-ever space-focused targeting squadron.

The wing redesignated 188th Wing when USAF realigned the 188th FW and replaced its A-10 aircraft for General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper remotely piloted aircraft (RPA). In June 2014, the last A-10 departed 188th Attack Wing.
