This is an Army Reserve infantry formation with supporting arms under command. It is located across northern New South Wales

- 41st Battalion, Royal New South Wales Regt. Lismore (HQ), Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Kempsey, Grafton, Armidale and Tweed Heads. Light infantry.
