The Karelia Brigade is a dynamic rn readiness Army Brigade in which all branches of the Army are reprensented. The main task of the Brigade is to train troops to defend Finland in the event of war. The Bde is specialized in training mechanised units. It is also the only Brigade hosting the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Centre of Excellence.
