- 35 Strategic Missile Division HQ and nuclear storage complex; 35 SMD is under 33 Missile Army command.
35 SMD is operating RT-2PM Topol (NATO: SS-25 Sickle B) http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/4e/19-03-2012-Parade-rehearsal_-_Topol-M.jpg missiles which all will be upgraded to B level by 2020

The SS-25 Sickle B may be silo based as well as mobile deployed.and carries a single standard 1 Megaton nuc warhead
Presumably the Sickle B's will be replaced by the new RS-24 Yars which is equipped with multiple nuc warheads.
