General info about USFK:
USFK is commanded by USFK Combined Forces Cmd (CFC) a 4-star US Army general, with a 4-star ROK Army general as deputy. Throughout the command structure, binational manning is readily apparent: if the chief of a staff section is Korean, the deputy is American and vice versa.
CFC has operational control over more than 600,000 active-duty military personnel of all services, of both countries. In wartime, augmentation could include some 3.5 million ROK reservists as well as additional US forces deployed from outside the ROK.

- US Air Force - 7th Air Force
- US Navy - Cdr Navy Region Korea
- US Marine Corps - MARFOR-K
- US SpecOps Command Korea - SOCKOR

Camp Humphreys / Pyongtaek is home to
- USFK Hq Combined Forces Command Hq & Hq Bn 8th Army
- 2nd Infantry Division; a combined ROK-US division and the main ground combat unit in Korea
- 1 Signal Brigade Hq with detachments all over the country
- 65 Medical Brigade
- 501st Military Intelligence Brigade
- Korea Field Office MP
- Corps of Engineers Far East Distr
- NCO academy
