A dislocated unit which is administratively under USAG Wiesbaden command and officially known as USAG Wiesbaden Subunit 1 operated by USMC G Company

Until 2015 this complex based the European Cryptologic Center (ECC) operated by mixed operational crews consisting of specialized personnel from NSA, US Army 66th Intel Bde, USAF 693 ISR Grp and USMC Crypto Suppt Bn; all under command of 66th Military Intelligence Brigade. These specialists used to interprete and analyse all intercepted metadata..This unit however has been relocated to Wiesbaden.

Subsequently the Dagger Complex status has changed. From a former processing, analysis and reporting center into a current military datacenter storing intercepted metadata.. As of 2018 complex is operating under US Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Europe http://www.disa.mil/About/Our-Organization-Structure/OD-Field-Office/EUROPE
