IDF Army Aviation Kiryat Shmona (LLKS) near town of the same name.
Originally an IDF Army Aviation base but also opened up for civil airtraffic.
As of 2001 closed again for civil airtraffic because of a lack of passengers to the rather dangerous region.
Actually incidentally used by IDF Army Aviation for patrolflights.
