Former USAF 606th Air Contr & Warning station Dobraberg, tacticall "Rustcrowd" operated the 407L and 412L tac air control systems.
606th ACS had been stationed at numerous bases while USAFE assigned and served in the 86th Air Div (Defense) from 1964 - 1974 at Dobraberg.
606th ACS deactivated 1975 as German airforce took over the site.
From 1975-1990 the site was part of the German Extended Air Defense Ground Environment (GEADGE). In 1992 closed and converted into Remote Radarpost 357 with an RRP-117, NATO EW D-band airdefense radar based on the US AN/FPS-117 longrange radar,
