After phasing out of the Nikes reassigned as 4th Batn, 7th ADA operating Patriot missiles.
Anderson had its own housing area and barracks facilities. Banking services, a post exchange, commissary, post office, fitness center and health and dental clinic are just a small amount of services available to soldiers and family members in Dexheim. Later on the barracks became part of USAG Wiesbaden and was home of the US Army 123rd Main Support Battalion, 1st Armored Division until this unit was deactivated 2008.
Current status: Parts of the facility private property and other parts are empty.
