Former Hazebrouck Barracks was home of HQ Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and the REME technology museum In 2011 it was announced that former RAF Lyneham would be the new site of the Defence Technical Training Change Programme centre (DTTCP). This coincides with closure of Arborfield garrison and the School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (SEME) at Bordon, both of which relocated to Lyneham in 2015.
