Leadership hideout bunker constructed 9 meters below groundlevel and built during the Cold War when the Soviet Union maintained constant high alert for a Western (US Army) nuclear assault.
This bunker was on behalf of the Soviet military leadership in Latvia and might have been used as a command post in case a nuclear war launched by the Soviet Union.
Therefore it had been supplied with everything necessary to survive several months after a nuclear fallout.
