8. FED Harvey Point

Official name: Harvey Point Defense Testing Activity is a Federal facility.. Principal tenant is CIA. Other agencies (ATF and FBI) have used the facility for complex training relating to overseas counter terrorism and asset protection training. It is used by CIA's Directorate of Operations for personnel training in explosives, paramilitary combat and other techniques. Actually it is where "hardcore" paramilitary ops are worked on, teaching basics, relative to work done here from a paramilitary perspective. It is an equal to Camp Peary
