Kalavad

This EW radar in the middle of nowhere near Kalavad is a THD-1955 type. This type has a peak operating power of up to 20MW (wartime power), though its normal operating power is usually 2MW. The radar has comprehensive ECM/ECCM capabilities and has no detection altitude limitations. Its only disadvantage: its sheer size! Garrison layout seems to be some kind of regional AD control center.
