The British Army Garrison Brunei http://www.army.mod.uk/deployments/brunei/ This is the only remaining British military base in the Far East. Its crew is available to assist the Brunei Sultan and also available for deployment overseas with other elements of the British Armed Forces. The British Forces Brunei is an independent garrison under MoD command and comprises - Jungle Warfare Training Team at Sittang Camp at grid 4°49'40"N 114°40'6"E - 7 Flight AAC at Scout Base at grid 4°37'58"N 114°22'40"E - Support Services & MP at Medicina Lines at grid 4°38'23"N 114°25'10"E - Hq and 2 Royal Ghurka Rifles Inf Battalion at Tuker Lines at grid 4°36'2"N 114°19'10"E
