Beautiful landscapes

Beautiful landscapes. I rellay enjoy your work very much. And I also enjoyed reading about your day to day life and frustrations. I have a full time job and do my art and find it rellay hard to balance but I do manage to get things done because I'm selfish with my time and just keep keepin on . It would be fun to take a workshop from you I think.

Paper Mario 2: The T

Paper Mario 2: The Thousand Year Door This isn't the first Mario RPG, not by a long shot, but it's great fun. I first played this after I got my Wii and steatrd checking out GameCube games I'd missed (since the Wii plays them); there's a lot of text, which may turn some people off, but it's in service of a fun storyline. I spent about 50 hours playing through this game after I got it (the week of or before finals, naturally) and considered it time well spent; this is definitely the best GameCube game I've ever played.

Hi Emely, yes you ar

Hi Emely, yes you are correct. The LLC shloud protect your personal assets. I think you are fine on staying with the LLC. The tax treatment with S-Corp and LLC is the same for businesses owned by husband and wife. About your husband getting a 1099 form, he is still paying social security taxes when he files his tax return through self-employment taxes.IRS CIRCULAR 230 DISCLOSURE:To ensure compliance with requirements imposed by the IRS, we inform you that any U.S. tax advice contained in this communication (including any attachments) is not intended or written to be used, and cannot be used, for the purpose of (1) avoiding penalties under the Internal Revenue Code or (2) promoting, marketing or recommending to another party any transaction or matter addressed herein.

My husband and I set

My husband and I settard a small trucking company 8 months ago and we its a LLC. We have one truck and he is the driver of the truck, I gave him a 1099 form. We plan on obtaining another truck next year and hire a Independent Contractor. We had our taxes done yesterday and we were informed we should have made him an employee and paid taxes it would have benefited him more for Social Security. It was suggested that we should change from a LLC to S-corp for tax benefits and no one could sue us and go after our personal assest? I always thought a LLC protects you from someone suring you personally and could only sue the business assests. Whats are your thoughts on switching to a S-Corp?
