The 11 pylon antennas in the forest near Sainte Assise Castle are part of the Naval transmission station. This VLF comms station (callsign FTA) is contacting the French nuclear subs on patrol and is a critical site which is being secured by a naval infantry security company 'Fussilliers Marins de Ste-Assise'.
